The Fall Meeting serves as an essential pre-Convention opportunity for Convention Delegates, chapter officers, and members to connect with peers and district representatives before traveling to the main Convention in October. It is designed to foster community and provide crucial updates at the start of the semester.
This meeting offers a valuable setting for networking and information sharing. It is particularly beneficial for first-time officers or those moving into new leadership roles, providing a chance to get to know local (and semi-local) TBP peers. District updates and an overview of the upcoming National Convention will be shared!
All Convention Delegates (both voting and non-voting) are expected to attend. Chapter officers are also welcome and encouraged to join.
2026 Schedule
This year, 3 Fall Meetings will be hosted on a regional basis to reduce the travel time required for the guests. The business content (District Updates, Convention Overview) will be the same across all the meetings. Each host chapter may choose to include optional social/networking content. Meeting time can vary between 3-5 hrs depending on the amount of optional content.
To facilitate planning and ensure adequate preparation, a registration form must be completed individually by all interested attendees by June 30th.
Fall Meeting 1: Michigan
