The OH-Alpha chapter at Case Western Reserve University is excited to be hosting the 2026 D7 District Conference, with support from the Ohio’s North Coast Alumni Chapter. Conference is a great time for new officers to learn about running a chapter and get ideas from other chapters. There will also be presentations from HQ and some national committees, and you will get opportunities to network with alumni, TBP officials, and fellow students.
If you need a formal note to be excused from classes on Friday in order to attend the dinner and social (opens at 7PM), please let the District Directors know. Typically, professors will count Tau Beta Pi conferences as excused absences. You are encouraged to take advantage of the Friday event to network, have fun, and get into the TBP spirit.

Double occupancy hotel rooms will be available for all chapters more than an hour away on Friday night. TBP will book all of the rooms at the hotel on a single bill. Chapters may utilize their endowment funds to pay for an additional night (see below about reimbursement).
This hotel includes breakfast for TBP guests, please make use of the free breakfast, as no breakfast will be included at the conference location.
Reimbursement:
4 members from each student chapter (2 for alumni chapters) in a single car are covered for mileage, meals, and (if more than an hour away) hotels. Official chapter advisors can likewise be covered. We recommend outgoing and incoming (or potential) officers attend together. Additional delegates are welcome, your chapter will be billed for expenses or you can request funding support (in advance) from HQ for endowed chapters.
