About the Chapter
The Southeastern Michigan Alumni Chapter (SEMIAC) spans the Greater Detroit region. Since its reactivation in 2001, SEMIAC has served the Tau Beta Pi community by providing support and networking opportunities to its alumni and student members, thus continuing to inspire integrity and excellence in engineering. SEMIAC is nationally recognized, especially for service to the local collegiate chapters and for enhancing fellowship among alumni through diverse programming.
SEMIAC supports these five collegiate chapters: Michigan Delta (University of Detroit – Mercy), Michigan Epsilon (Wayne State University), Michigan Eta (Lawrence Technological University), Michigan Theta (Oakland University), and Michigan Iota (University of Michigan – Dearborn). The chapter looks forward to seeing you at any of its social or professional events, or at one of the regular business meetings. All Tau Beta Pi alumni in the area are welcome to join!
